The Boris Sagal Fellowship was established in 1987 by WTF Trustee Emeritus Marge Champion in memory of her late husband and is awarded to a director with significant experience who is making the transition to a professional career. Jean Carlo Yunén, recipient of the 2022 Sagal Fellowship, will direct a workshop production of The North Star Performing Arts High School Class of 2007 Ten Year Reunion Will Be Held As Scheduled With Some Slight Caveats, a new play by Anna Fox.

When tiny bones are discovered beneath the floor of the multi purpose gym/theater/cafeteria moments before the North Star Performing Arts High School’s Class of 2007 Ten Year Reunion is about to begin, the past gets unearthed, as long buried secrets are revealed, alliances are tested, and those rumors about the contact improv teacher sleeping with his students resurface. Who is telling the truth, who is lying, and who do these bones belong to?
