You may also purchase tickets or make a donation to Williamstown Theatre Festival, where you will be asked for your credit card information so that we can process your order. Donor information will be used to issue IRS-compliant tax acknowledgments.

Normal messaging rates apply and the frequency of messages varies. Mobile Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Opt Out
Opt-out of email marketing communications. The Company may send users news about new offerings and special values. To help us make emails more useful and interesting, we may receive a confirmation when you open email from the Company. You may choose to opt out of receiving such mailings by sending us a “Please Remove” email message to wtfinfo@wtfestival.org or by following the opt-out instructions at the bottom of the email. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.
Opt-out of SMS message communications. You may opt-out of SMS messaging at any time by replying to any message with “STOP”. When you opt-out of marketing communications, you may continue to receive service-related, non-marketing messages from Williamstown Theatre Festival. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed from marketing communications. You may also opt-out of service-related, non-marketing text messages in a similar fashion, by responding “STOP” to any such communication. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or reply START and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Opt-out of Name Recognition. Donor names may be listed in programs, event invitations, on the website, or in other promotional materials. Name recognition is optional and donors may elect to be listed anonymously. Donors may request anonymity or recognition by contacting support@wtfestival.org.

Demographic and profile data may be collected at our Site. The Company may provide such information in the aggregate to third parties without disclosure of personally identifying information.

We automatically track IP (internet protocol) addresses for statistical purposes. IP addresses are logged per user’s session and help to determine how often areas on our Site are visited. We are deeply committed to honoring the trust of our donors. Information collected is used to steward relationships, for impact reporting, and facilitate ongoing philanthropic engagement. We will not sell our donors' names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to all information collected both online and offline. To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used by that service provider for purposes necessary to process the donation.
